What we believe:

Every patient is someone who wants the very best health care options, regardless of insurance coverage. Communicating dental health to overall health so patients become less plan-dependent allows an office to thrive. Checking for reactivations at each appointment to maintain total well-being should be a priority. Identifying medical risks for appropriate care at each visit is our responsibility.

Employ a variety of instruments and tools for bacterial disruption, removal and education: lasers, Arestin, fluoride, chlorhexidine Irrigation, intra oral camera and ultra sonics. Resulting in efficiency and long term health for both the patient and hygienist.

The solution

With over 26 years experience and a Bachelors degree from the University of Southern California, I have the background to evaluate and put together a profitable and perio-therapy centered department. While working long term at permanent offices, I have temped at a variety of dental offices. I have first hand insight to what makes an office a place where patients feel valued.

Some of the fundamentals to be evaluated:

Room set up and patient needs (pillow, mirror)
Time for welcoming patient and relationship building
Review for consistency of health history, perio charting and xrays
Evaluate instruments, anesthetics, ultra sonics and ease of flow of work space
Assess recare/recall system
Analyze charting notes and outstanding treatment scheduling
Time and ease of tear down of room and procedure for sterilization
